Plooto collects your banking information, including account, institution, and transit numbers for the purposes of processing and carrying out instructions to pay certain vendors at your request. Plooto also collects information related to transaction history, account balance, account holder names, and other available data to help you pay your vendors faster. Plooto also retains a payee list to help you pay vendors you have previously paid more quickly. You can remove entries from your payee list at any time.
If you choose to integrate third party accounting software with Plooto, we may collect personal information that your third party accounting software makes available to Plooto for the purposes of enabling the two platforms to communicate and synchronize transactions as requested.
If you contact us with a question, comment or complaint, you may be asked for information that identifies you (such as your name or email address) along with additional information we need to help us confirm your identity (if necessary), and to promptly answer your question or respond to your comment or complaint. We may also retain this information to assist you in the future and to improve our customer service.
