Some additional information in one line
Plooto 2023 year in review

2023 was another remarkable year for Plooto! One of our ten leadership principles is that “We embrace failing fast and celebrate wins, big or small.” As 2024 gets underway and we turn our focus to new goals, it's important to take a moment to reflect on wins and learnings from the past year.

In 2023, we made some big moves to create an even more powerful financial engine that unlocks growth for over 10,000 Plooto customers. From new subscription plans, product enhancements, and our first ERP integration to a fresh look and feel for our brand, Plootonians worked to deliver against our mission while staying true to our values in the following ways:

We developed new solutions for growing businesses

A payment automation plan for any workflow

In 2023, Plooto launched two new subscription plans to make scaleable payment workflow automation accessible to even more businesses:

  • Go Plan: A starter plan for small businesses with limited transactions per month.
  • Pro Plan: A plan for established businesses that offers dual controls over user actions, single sign-on (SSO), and an option to integrate with Oracle NetSuite.

A referral program for you and your friends

In November, we launched the Plooto Referral program. Customers and the businesses they refer can now get two months of Plooto completely free.

An expanded processing window for faster payments

Customers can now speed up their payments by approving their direct deposits before 5 pm EST (2 pm PST) to ensure payments begin processing the same day.

We love to see it: Our customers succeeding

Plooto helps thousands of businesses run more efficiently. Here are a few of their stories from 2023.

Thames Valley Family Health Team maximized operational efficiency

With Plooto, TVFHT automated payment workflows saving their finance team crucial hours to devote to other projects that supported broader operations. Not only was their payroll manager able to take her first vacation in two years, their accounting technician handled the onboarding of hundreds of new payees to their network, enabling the organization to support more physicians and patients.
